Shipping Policy

Shipping within Qatar is done via Courier. The delivery charge inside Doha is additional Qr 50 and outside Doha is Qr 90.

International shipping is done with Aramex. The delivery charge may changed, subject to the weight of the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 3 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer an exchange based upon the original payment method. Please note that we do not offer refunds—only exchanges are available. Additionally, please be aware of the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

(ii) The following products are not eligible for return:

International orders.
Worn and used items, which might have a scent of perfume or traces of being used.
Items with removed tags.
Sheilah's (headscarves).
Custom-made or altered products, even if altered by us.

(iii) Delivery charges are non-refundable.
