  • What is the delivery options inside Qatar ?
    Inside Qatar a courier will deliver your order to your door step
  • Can I exchange or return the item ?
    If the item is ready to wear you can exchange it within 72 hours from delivery. The item must be in unaltered original condition. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges Shaila (head scarf) is not eligible for return or exchanges
  • Which payments do you accept ?
    1. Inside Doha we accept cash on delivery 2. For international delivery we do bank transfer or we share a link with you to pay
  • When should I expect my order ?
    During normal season 7 to 10 days During high season (Exhibitions, Ramadan, Eid) it can take up to 4 weeks
