Maryam Al Darwish Fashion House: Exchange & Refund Policy
1.Ready-to-Wear Items (Standard Size / No Alteration)
Customers may exchange ready-to-wear items within 7 days from the date of purchase. The original invoice must be presented, or proof of payment for online purchases.
Items must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
No refund is provided, exchange only.
No scratch, damage or stain
2. Ready-to-Wear Items with Resizing / Alteration Request
Once a ready-to-wear item is altered, resized, or adjusted according to the customer’s measurements, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Made-to-Order / Custom-Designed Pieces
For made-to-order garments:
Once the fabric is cut and production begins based on the approved measurements and design, the order is considered final and sold.
No exchange or refund applies, alterations only are offered, if needed.
4.Exceptions as Required by Qatar Consumer Protection Law
An exchange or refund may apply only in cases of:
manufacturing defect
incorrect item delivered
item not matching the agreed description or specifications
Such cases must be reported within 7 days from the date of purchase and supported with invoice or proof of payment if paid online.
5.Condition Responsibility
After delivery or collection, Maryam Al Darwish Fashion House is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or wear and tear.

1. الملابس الجاهزة (المقاسات القياسية / بدون تعديل)
يُمكن للعميل استبدال القطع الجاهزة خلال مدة أيام من تاريخ الشراء 7
ويجب إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية، أو إثبات الدفع في حال الشراء عبر الإنترنت.
ويشترط أن تكون القطعة:
· غير مستخدمة وغير ملبوسه
· وفي حالتها الأصلية
· لا يوجد استرجاع — استبدال فقط
· لا يوجد خدوش أو أضرار أو بقع
2. الملابس الجاهزة مع طلب تعديل / تغيير المقاس
في حال تم طلب تعديل
القطعة الجاهزة من قبلكم أو تغيير مقاسها أو تفصيلها وفق مقاسات العميل، فإنها تُعتبر بيعاً نهائياً
وغير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أو تغير الطول..
3. القطع المصمّمة حسب الطلب / التفصيل الخاص
بالنسبة للقطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب:
بمجرد قص القماش وبدء التنفيذ وفق المقاسات والتصميم المعتمد، يُعتبر الطلب نهائياً ومباعاً.
لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع — ويتم تقديم تعديلات فقط عند الحاجة.
4.الاستثناءات وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك في دولة قطر
قد يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:
· وجود عيب تصنيعي
· تسليم قطعة غير صحيحة
· عدم مطابقة القطعة للوصف أو المواصفات المتفق عليها
7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء مع ابراز الفاتورة او يجب الإبلاغ عن الحالة خلال اثبات الدفع للطلبات الالكترونية
5. مسؤولية حالة المنتج
بعد الاستلام أو التسليم، لا يتحمل مريم الدرويش فاشن هاوس أي مسؤولية عن التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التخزين غير الصحيح أو الاهتراء الناتج عن الاستعمال.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days during the normal season. During high seasons (such as exhibitions, Ramadan, and Eid), it may take up to 4 weeks.
عادةً ما يستغرق التوصيل من 7 إلى 10 أيام خلال الموسم العادي.
أما خلال المواسم المزدحمة (مثل المعارض، ورمضان، والعيد)، فقد يستغرق الأمر وقت اطول ما يصل إلى 4 أسابيع.
